What is Muse Wellbeing?

At Hoylake Holy Trinity, we use Muse Wellbeing to deliver our Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) and Relationships and Health Education (RSHE) curriculum. Muse Wellbeing is an engaging, age-appropriate scheme designed to help children develop emotional literacy, self-confidence, and resilience. Delivered through weekly, progressive lessons from Year 1 to Year 6, the curriculum covers five key themes: Mental & Physical Health, Positive & Respectful Relationships, Global Citizenship, Personal Growth & Economic Wellbeing, and Digital Citizenship & Online Safety. By revisiting these core topics each year at a deeper level, Muse equips our pupils with the essential life skills, knowledge, and empathy they need to build healthy relationships, navigate the online world safely, and flourish both inside and outside the classroom.
